Who will clean my house?

Just like you, we are not satisfied with cleaning products or 15-minute cleaning procedures that is in the market today. Because of this, we are providing every house their personal maid that will give every home the human touch you are looking for. Instead of feeling uneasy with the way you clean, our 1 maid per home system can do all the dusting leaving you a squeaky clean home. You can tell them all the information and services you want them to know and they will note them down. Instead of adjusting to 1 to maid to another, our 1 maid per home service means a better relationship and consistency in the quality of work!

Are your maids good at their job?

Each maid undergoes a background check and a number of screenings before passing. We provide trainings that will further educate our team in helping them understand the cleaning plans that we execute. What we have in our team are the best of the best!

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes! We prioritize your safety and protection if you avail of our services.

Do I need to sign a contract?

We will not give you any contract to sign! We want to communicate with you openly and earn your trust. If you're not satisfied, you can easily let us go with no hassle of any contract. The only thing you will sign is our non-compete agreement and on-time payment commitment.

What is the schedule of the maids?

You can set your own schedule. Our maids clean Monday through Friday (and weekends on special occasions) between 8:00 and 5:00 p.m. We have an arrival time that you can choose from, either 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. or 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. In case of bad weather, we will try to be on time but please allow a 30 minute window period.

What if I'm not satisfied?

We offer a 100% cleaning service. If we receive any complain, your maid will return within 24 hours to clean again. However, if you are still not satisfied, we offer a refund in most instances and the relationship will be terminated.

What if I have a pet?

MyTidyLady treat pets like family and we know that pets are sensitive to smell and noise. To avoid any problems, you can always mention in advance that you have pets so your maid can be prepared. To avoid stress on your pet and to be able to clean your house better, keeping your pets away or restricted for a couple of hours will be good based on experience. To keep our maids in tip-top shape, they are not allowed to handle any type of animal and human waste.

Should I stay at home during service?

It is up to you. What most of our clients do is they give us a key and their alarm code. From our side, we have a secure key service that tags and codes keys on an alphanumeric system that does not match your house key and your identity. A screened and trained operations manager tracks the keys that are signed in and out in a locked and secured system.

What kind of cleaning equipment do you use?

All the cleaning solvents, brushes, and brooms will be brought to you by your maids. But because we want to protect your homes from being infested of germs from outside, we will be using your own vacuum and mops.

What if something is damaged during a service?

We respect you and your homes so our maids are trained to be careful during the service. If accidents happen it is best that you report it to us within 24 hours. However, we recommend that you try to put away any fragile valuables or to personally clean wedding glasses, china, etc., before your maid arrives. We also advise that you mention to your maids if surfaces (i.e. marble, granite) can or cannot be cleaned, because we assume that these are sealed and ready to be cleaned without causing them harm. It is noted that MyTidyLady is not responsible in any damage due to faulty and/or improper use or installation of any item.

What if I want to skip or cancel my service?

A 24-business hour notice is needed if you want to change your plans. We will promptly reschedule or cancel your service.

Can I add extra tasks or services?

We will be happy to accommodate your requests from time to time, but it will be easier if you inform us with an advance notice so your maid can bring some extra cleaning materials to finish the job. You must call our office 48 hours in advance to settle your requests. These extra tasks normally need an extra pay for the work that is included. We hope you understand and that is fair, after all.

Do I have to give a tip to your employees?

We don't expect something in return, but it is greatly appreciated for work well done.

Is there anything I should do before the maid arrives?

If you can take a few minutes to pick up extraneous clothing, important documents, toys any other personal items will be helpful! This will result to a better service and at the same time, prevent any loss from happening.

How much are your services?

The price that we ask varies because we individualize cleaning services according to you and your home. We base the price on the size of your home (square footage), frequency for cleaning, pets, clutter, any specialized needs. These factors are computed with the most reasonable price.

When should I pay for the service?

We only ask for payments during the time of service. No advance payment to make sure that what we gave you is what we paid for!

Does MyTidyLady offer referral discounts?

If you are able to refer a 4 friend or neighbor, we can give you a 4 hour free for your next schedule. At the same, if they sign up and avail of our regular service, your next cleaning is FREE!
